Canton Coin Rebates
As of April 2026, Temple has introduced volume-based leaderboard rebates. Each month, the rebate pool is announced in advance and is be available to the top users. The leaderboard is sorted based on volume generated per month.
Leaderboard Methodology
Every month, leaderboard rebates are distributed using a monotonic weighted curve based on trading volume. Rank #1 will always receive more than #2, #2 more than #3, and so on down the board. The curve is weighted toward the top, meaning higher ranks earn a progressively larger share of the pool, but rewards taper smoothly rather than falling off a cliff so mid-board and lower ranks still earn a meaningful cut. Your position is determined purely by your monthly trading volume, and the counter resets on the 1st of each month (UTC).
Distribution
Rebates will be distributed within the first week of the following month automatically, no action is required by users. You can keep track of distributions by heading over to the rebates tab on Temple. Users must enable pre-approvals on their wallet otherwise rewards will show up as an offer that expires in 7 days, if the offer expires users automatically forfeit their rewards for that given month.
Deposit and Withdrawal Fees
Temple has partnered with a handful of wallets, each wallet provider uses their own fee structure, some are dynamic based on the network's traffic cost while other have a fixed fee. Fees range between 5-12 Canton Coin.

Temple is using a fee prepayment system, users are required to deposit prior trading and fees are deducted offchain from each user's balance. Pre-paid fees are non-refundable and can only be used on Temple's exchange.
