Testnet Sandbox

Temple testnet is a sandbox environment that mirrors the live Temple trading platform.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Temple testnet runs on the Canton Network testnet and allows you to explore the full trading experience β€” placing orders, managing assets, and interacting with the order book β€” without risking real funds.

Everything on the testnet uses simulated assets. No real value is at stake.

- Testnet USDCx is not real USDC. It cannot be redeemed or transferred to mainnet.

- Testnet CC (Canton Coin / Amulet) is not real CC. It exists only for testing.

- Testnet tSBC tokens are test-only tokens with no real-world value.

- Orders placed, trades executed, and balances shown are entirely simulated.

- Do NOT send real cryptocurrency to any testnet address.

- Testnet environments may be reset or wiped at any time without notice.

How to Access Testnet

1. Navigate to the Temple testnet URL https://testnet.templedigitalgroup.com

2. Connect your wallet or sign in through the testnet authentication flow.

3. The platform will connect to the Canton Network testnet synchronizer (as opposed to the mainnet domain).

You can access your testnet API keys through your account settings

Getting Test Funds: Faucets

To trade on the testnet, you need test tokens. Use the faucets below to mint free testnet assets into your wallet.

Tips for Testnet Users

- Use the testnet to familiarize yourself with the order book, limit orders, and market orders before trading with real assets.

- If your testnet balance runs out, simply use the faucet again.

- Report any bugs or issues you encounter β€” testnet is the place to find them.

- Testnet performance may differ from mainnet. Do not use testnet latency as a benchmark for production performance.

- Testnet data (balances, order history, trade history) may be wiped during upgrades or resets.
